On November 14, 2013, we will be offering a preventive roof maintenance course for property and community association managers at the Coastal CAMs Connection monthly meeting. 5 sponsors will be provide lunch, and the roofing experts at SK will discuss a number of key areas of concern regarding roof maintenance systems and regular care.
Common roof problems will be explored as we take a look at ways to avoid these pitfalls. Simple solutions regarding the benefits of maintenance and roof maintenance plans will be discussed. The costs of new roofs vs. coatings will be examined. This course provides a 1 hour credit towards continuing education requirements. From flat roof maintenance, to shingle roofs and tile roofs, expert guidance and information will enable community association managers to perform their jobs in an efficient and cost effective way.
